6H Multimode jet pump has no moving parts. The pump's patented design and use of super hard wear materials changes the value proposition for jet pumps. When the pump needs service, the cartridge containing the pump's super hard wear and volume sizing components can be reverse circulated to the surface or removed via wireline and exchanged without using a workover rig.
Wear components for 6H next generation pumps are made of super hard material that is chemically bonded, rather than industry standard steel or carbide. These new super hard materials have proved to be up to 100 times more wear resistant than carbide in some abrasive applications. The new materials provide longer maintenance free run times, increase productivity by lowering fluid levels in the well, reduce costs and enhance profitability.
Unlike traditional jet pumps, this new generation of pump does not require substantial pump inlet pressure to operate. The gauge shows a 6H pump pulling a vacuum of 30 inches of mercury at the pump inlet. This capability enables the pump to completely pump off wells to maximize formation inflow, even around the curve to the heel or beyond in horizontally drilled wells, increasing your production.
6H can provide surface pumping units to produce the high pressure fluid flow required to power the patented 6H jet pump.
Skids can be small, including only the motor and pump, or can include frequency drives with various safety features and pump automation. Skids can be tailored to meet the operators specific needs.
Pumping systems can be equipped with variable frequency drive controllers, automated flow and pressure controls, flow meters, pressure and other safety shut down features, auto restart processes, filtering systems, dampeners, etc.
